Why troughMOBILE®

Built to Last

troughMOBILE® offers a convenient and time-saving feeding solution made in New Zealand for New Zealand conditions.

Unlike other troughs available in New Zealand, our troughs are made from fibreglass liner with fully galvanised steel frames. Built tough to last year after year in all conditions.

troughMOBILE® troughs have been designed to minimise the wastage of feed through their simple but robust fibreglass design. When on average up to 25% of feed can be wasted on the ground troughMOBILE® offers an easy way to save you money!

Because they can be easily and safely towed, even in tandem, behind a farm bike or a tractor there is no additional outlay for towing equipment.

Feed pads, conveyors and large feed wagons can be very expensive. troughMOBILE® is an affordable solution that can reduce reliance on costly feed pads and they come with the added benefit of being easily moved or repositioned.

Our troughs are award winners. The troughMOBILE® Calf Multifeeder was the winner of the Prototype Award at the New Zealand National Fieldays 2006.

The Normanby Fibreglass trough impressed us with its rugged construction and no nonsense design. We were so impressed with the first one that we purchased another for our second farm.

Normanby troughs are excellent as I have moved one ton (500 kgs per trailer) of palm kernel a day for six months the last two seasons, they have not let me down once!
